The Mist, Stephen KingIt has a completely different ending to the film! 
The film seems to have stayed pretty true up until the ending though, and I'm surprised to be saying this but as good as the book was I think the film was even better

Have not yet seen the film, but want to.
I actually like the book, or novella, whatever you wanna call it, 'coz it didn't have a happy ending, which I found quite refreshing.
Although many of Stephen King's stories tend not to.

You should definetly watch the film then
I like a happy ending... which is odd given the bloodfest films I like
