Stargate: UniverseVery much impressed.

Haven't watched it yet, was watching Fringe when that was on.

Sare

Not seen but very much looking forward to.
Last night was catch-up on Warehouse 13 and Fringe, Universe will probably be tonight

I've lost interest with Warehouse 13 already.

No way!!! Really?? It's one of my fave progs atm
|
Dragonrat

Wouldn't say it's a favourite, but it's harmless fun.

I agree with Leigh. At least it's an hour that doesn't really need my brain!
|

Yeah, but I found my brain just didn't care. You know like when you're reading a book and you realise you've not taken a word in? That's how I am with this. I suddenly find they're doing summat and haven't a clue how they got there 'coz my mind has wandered.
I like stimulating T.V. NCIS is coffee, this is Horlicks.

*is saying nothing about Sare being different*
Finally got to watch SGU yesterday, and thought it was pretty good.
Was it just me, or did Richard Dean Anderson look like he's put on weight?

RDA is a lot chunkier. I only recognised him by his voice (the sunglasses didn't help).

I lasted 23 mins and then gave up.
Really not my sort of thing.
Sad tho 'coz I love Robert Carlyle.
|
Sare

I've pretty much caught up with my other viewing (wanted to tidy up those few bits i had lying around already recorded before i started SGU)
Looking forward to it

I was REALLY impressed with this, what an excellent start to a new series
And yes, RDA did kinda chunk up a bit didn't he but it all seemed to be in the face.

We're really enjoying this. We also have a theory about what's going to happen next week.

Sare

Totally loving this series (not that i'm biased cos i adore all the Stargate series anyway )
|
Linzi

Is it just me or does it seem to have a bit of a new Battlestar Galactica vibe going on? It also seems a bit more 'serious' than the previous Stargate series, as there's only really Eli that's injecting any of the usual humour. I'm still enjoying it though.

It does seem to have that kind of theme i agree Linzi, but it's still got enough of it's own story to be interesting if you get me.
Eli is totally awesome, very funny indeed.
*wants an Eli, i'd keep him with Walter and Artie in the linen closet*
Not that i have stalker tendencies
|
Linzi
|
Eli is definitely my fave character so far.
*worries about the state of Sare's linen closet - Walter would probably want to bring his cow*

That was hilarious.

OK, now this probably could just be me, but I have to say I'm getting bored with it.
Quit with all the relationship crap back on earth already!!!!! If I wanted to see a show about the relationships of staff in the military I'd watch Army Wives.

Last night's wasn't the best episode, I agree.
