Erm, by running around like lunatics!!!!!!!!!!!
No actually we've been letting them have the run of the back room, 'coz it's much, much cooler out there and they can flop out on the tiles.
Or climb up on the window sill.
Where their cage is they get the draft from the open window in the hall, and the kitchen window, so they're not seeming to suffer too much.
The rats are either all lying down dead with feet in the air, or crammed a thousand deep into an igloo.
