I confess

I have 2 new additions to my bunny family.... Billie-Joe and Chester

I heard about BJ and was smitten... I've coveted a white bunny with black eyeliner for about 2 1/2 years now    so when I read about him at ARC, I just had to have him.

A friend is fostering the whole scrummy family and they're all reserved except Will.... so I took him as well (and re-named him Chester).... how could I possibly leave him on his own....

The original plan was to try and integrate Billie-Joe into my trio but that's out the window now and  these 2 are now residing in this humungous indoor Nero cage (55 inches long) whilst I work out where to put   . They'll have to stay in with me now for the winter and I'll have to stop the trio running in the house when loose.

They're gorgeous!!!!!!!!
I wish I had room for an enormous cage like that. Mine is so small the rabbits have to sleep stacked on top of one another and leave 95% of the cage unused.

Good gods, that is huge!

That first pic looks like he's doing his 'Mr Burns from the Simpsons' impression....exxxxcellent...

Yes the cage is humungous and I'm now squashed into a small space in the lounge   . It is only on loan though... I've got to decide what to do about permanent housing for them.

aww they are lovely!!

i looked at those indoor cages, am i right in thinking the only door access is in the top??  thats why i ruled it out for Harvey.  Great size though for indoor buns!

The front side lifts up rather than it being a door (hope that makes sense)

They've got a grass ball stuffed with hay, which promptly gets eaten    and I wouldn't blame them for looking in hte mirror at themselves 'cos they're gorgeous
