Hello!Hi guys,
I have been pointed in this direction by "rattyhelen" and been instructed to introduce myself lol
I am Lottie, I don't currently have any rats of my own (cue the violins) but have two dalmatians, a cat and two hamsters and am currently fostering one of rattyhelen's rats - Petal.
I'm sure you've already heard the story but basically Petal's with me to see if she's better in a no-rat environment and I'm working on building her confidence and bringing her out of herself a little and she's doing really well!
She's also totally converted my anti-rat mother who is currently sat on my bedroom floor playing with Petal with cat tickler!

Welcome, Lottie. It's unfortunate that Helen's the first one of us you've had any experience of, but we're not all as bad as her. Honest.

For future reference Lottie, staying on the right side of the all powerful and mighty admin (ie Me) is really easy, just say nice things about Ian Watkins.

I do facebook but not farms lol - I just don't have time!
Lucy - She's given me this 'evil black hoody' and there's nothing evil about her! She's gorgeous - she's got as far as both front paws on my hand this morning - in return for a yoggie and when I can find something that she'll eat quickly enough I'm going to try introducing the clicker (wrapped in a towel because she's a wuss)
Erm... I'm so hoping I don't get banned for this... but who is Ian Watkins?

Yeah, we don't tend to worry about going off topic here, as I think doing that kills the thread and there's not enough of us on here that it's an issue. It makes for more fun and interesting conversations when you're not constantly worrying about being on topic.

I'm very sorry Helen but...
Fancy putting that sort of temptation in her way and then being miffed that she ate them!! Honestly!
That would be like if I ever got upset at Takara for stealing food (not that my dog would ever steal someone else's picnic of course!)

We gave up staying on topic years back.
I have four black hoodies at the moment. One screams if you look at him, and the other boy is way down in the hierarchy. Hardly evil, either of them. I'm reserving opinion on the babies.
