Flash ForwardAnyone else watch this on Five last night? I thought it was pretty good and definitely my kind of thing.
For any of you who haven't heard of it, it's a new sci-fi ish drama. The basic story is that one day there is an incident where everyone in the world passes out at the same moment and is unconscious for 2 minutes 17 seconds, but while they are all unconscious they all experience a flash forward to a moment in 6 months time and all see what they are doing at that point in the future. When they all come back round there have been oddles of accidents and things (as you'd expect). The whole story from then on is them trying to find out what happened, why it happened and to stop it from happening again and work out if what they saw was just a possible future and could be changed or not. Obviously there were folks who didn't like what they saw, others you don't know yet what they saw and also one who saw nothing.
It wasn't badly acted or written, and I'll definitely be sticking with it. And I'll say it now - that probably means it will be cancelled before we get to the end of it!

It's got Joseph Fiennes in it.
But yeah, I liked it, and it was on 24 time which is a sign it's good.

I enjoyed this, but if it turns out to be something stupid regarding aliens or some other nonsense I'll be so disappointed.

Aah, we didn't watch it as i said, but i forgot to mention we sky-plussed 
It's good atm cos there's actually things to watch on tv .. i have stuff recorded that we've never even watched ..... have the first 8 eps of Harpers Island on record, as well as the first couple of Merlins.
Atm we're watching/plussing True Blood  that is sooo his prog, Hells Kitchen, Warehouse 13, Merlin, Harpers Island, Flash Forward, Legend Of The Seeker, and of course i likes my Holby City and The Bill
Ooh and now there will be Fringe and Stargate Universe

*winces* From last night's ending, it looks like it may. I'll be so narked if it does. Although the CDC involvment could mean bioweapon?

Now have all 11 eps ... waiting for the final 2 on sunday then i'm gonna have a massive session

I totally missed out on Harper's Island - Dad told me about it a week or so ago, and that was the first I'd heard of it.

It wasn't that hyped up tbh, we caught the ad for it only a day or 2 before it started up.

I'm still enjoying Flash Forward. And I don't care if it is some sort of conspiracy/aliens ending - just so long as it gets an ending!!!!!!

I'm totally with you on that one.... when I heard it was done by the makers of lost I was a bit worried it was going to be another never ending series!

Actually I don't think it is done by the same people as Lost. They've been saying it will be the new Lost, but I don't think that's what they meant. I could be wrong of course!

So am I! It's definitely nowt to do with JJ Abrams, who is Mr Lost, and it's not a Bad Robot production, who I'd class as 'the makers of Lost'. So I dunno what they mean!
