Can I do CSI: Miami for false advertising?

I was quite seriously considering starting to watch as they said Horatio was dead.  Just as well I checked on IMDb before I did!

The ads made me laugh them, him lying there shot, reaching for his shades!

Has anyone commented on the CSI NY finale yet?  
All I have to see is please don't let Danny be dead, 'coz they've been setting him up to be dead the whole sodding series. Kill Lyndsay, but not Danny.

Dad's been saying that since the episode where he forgot his bullet-proof vest.  To be honest, either of the women could go, but not Mac or Danny.

Not Stella, I love Stella, I think she's awesome, she's one of my fave ladies on telly. Which I think might make quite an interesting new thread.......
But I have spent the whole season in a state of dread waiting for them to kill Danny, 'coz it was all the classic signs, getting married, having a baby, when he forgot his vest I nearly cried!
